I have been bad.. very bad..I have been flitting around Florida not posting..not paying any mind to my blog, Etsy, the work I should be getting done..and ask me why? Well, simple... I found my paradise.. through this painstaking marriage/divorce..surgeries, fright, not being able to work due to my injuries... and my paradise..keeps coming back to good ole Pass-a-grille. Today was a rainy day, (of course.. I wanted to do some beachcombing..) Got a few pics and shells in..but, well.. the rain.. what is a girl to do?
GO SHOP!! Oh and what a piece of paradise
Bamboozle is! Here come look at my mermaid heaven!!

So I will leave you with a few beach pics pre-Bamboozle shopping!
something we all should remember...

Just came across your blog, and love it. I live about 20 minutes from Pass-a-Grill...it is so beautiful there, like "old Florida". I just love your pictures, they are wonderful. Love your header also, beautiful seaglass colors...I was in HomeGoods last evening and noticed so many new items there that had those beautiful colors...tons of beachy items. Glad I stopped by and will do so often.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time enjoying the area.

*squee!!!* I love that store just from the pics you took!!! Oh my goodness..oh my goodness....I would be quietly (or maybe not so quietly) freaking out from excitement in that store - as I'm sure you were as well! :)
ReplyDeleteI have yet to make it to Florida, but there are some neat stores along the California coast just like that.
I am glad the OWOH event has brought me to you! :)
I would love to go shopping in that wonderful place and yes, that sign would be going home with me!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you are going through so much right now and I hope the future will be brighter....you deserve a good life of happiness.
The photos of the beach are so pretty.
hugs

Omigosh! I just love that little store...I would have needed a small truck to load up my purchases. Did you pick up some goodies?? The beach looks beautiful, how lovely to go beachcombing in February. I only wish :)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your next post!
We went over to the gulf yesterday but no shells where we were near the tidewaters. We spend the winter in central Florida but would trade it for the shore any day. Looks like a wonderful place to visit so I'm bookmarking it for a Road Trip...Yay!...
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing store! I think I would visit quite often as well! I love the mermaid, just perfect for you. :) The little beach looks so wonderful! Oh to sink my bare piggies in the sand and ocean. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteSo happy for you...catch some rays for me...hopefully the sun will return soon..the shells on the beach a gorgeous...
ReplyDeleteThink Spring!
Your photos make me pine for the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful shots.
ReplyDeleteLove that store. Especially the bottles. Great photos of the shore. Makes me yearn to go shelling. I am going to try for a shelling trip in March!!
ReplyDeleteDammit.
ReplyDeleteLucky.
what did you buy me?
xx,
A
looking forward to the mermaid shopping...
ReplyDeletewhat a sweet shop and your pictures of the shore are so pretty. i wish we got those kinds of shelling opportunities here in Cali. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteSo great that you found your paradise!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry for all your troubles, but it sounds like you're feeling better!
ReplyDeletePlease feel free to stop by for a visit and some dessert when you have a moment, it's decadent!
Mary
Do you usually have this many shells on your beaches!? Dang. Because I really don't need another place to visit and I had no interest in visiting Florida before I saw those photos. Dang.
ReplyDeleteHere on the Pacific Coast I do gather shells occasionally but I'm more of a rock collector. Or driftwood. Or anything that floats up really.
Squealing like a piglet over all those shells washed ashore on the Beach! OMG, I've never seen so many, Shell Heaven on Earth it is!!! *swoon* I have a major fetish with shells... we have miles of beach here in the Desert, just no Ocean. *winks* Hence, no shells... I've combed the Desert and Nope... not there in the sand. *LOL* The Man hates to take me to the Beach because I can spend from Sun-up to Sundown wading and Shell Seeking! I can certainly see why this Shop is like a Siren's Song to you! And I Hope you'll be feeling 100% soon... Dawn... The Bohemian
ReplyDeleteDear mermaid soul sister,
ReplyDeleteI'm lovin' your photos. I'm infatuated with mermaids these days as I had the realization that I am one. I will tell you the story in a DM on Facebook when you return. Last weekend I picked up the most darling book that you need to track down if you don't have it. It is called, "A Survival Guide for Landlocked Mermaids" by Margot Datz. Take good care of your beautiful mermaid body, mind, and spirit.
{soul hugs}
